The materials warranty may apply to issues such as:
Premature material failure under normal use
Adhesion issues directly related to sealcoating materials
Material defects identified within the one-year coverage period
Coverage applies only when surfaces are properly prepared and conditions meet recommended application standards at the time of service.
1-Year Materials Warranty Explained
The 1-Year Warranty on Materials applies to the sealcoating materials installed during your project. This warranty ensures that the materials used meet expected performance standards when applied under normal conditions and maintained according to recommended use.
This warranty is specific to materials only and does not extend beyond the defined coverage period.
What Is Not Covered
To set clear expectations, the following are not covered under the warranty or guarantee:
Damage caused by heavy traffic, commercial loading, or misuse
Flooding, standing water, or drainage issues
Material defects identified within the one-year coverage period
Cracks caused by base movement, freeze-thaw cycles, or structural failure
Normal wear over time beyond the one-year materials period
Sealcoating is a protective surface treatment and cannot prevent all future cracking or environmental damage.
